In this final workout for the week i have selected the shoulders this exercise will help build the bulk of the muscle and give off that wider look
the exercise includes dumbbell lateral raises this works the inner center part of the muscle and helps gives off round shoulders
to start take light dumbbells and move them up and outwards with a slight bend in the elbows make sure you control them all the way up and all the way down. I would suggest weight be 5 to 10 pounds and 5 to 15 reps go until failure after 3 sets.
